1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sy888 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotions, and any other features or content made available through sy888 (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the sy888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. sy888 strictly enforces this age restriction and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age, with forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of sy888 is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sy888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the sy888 Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account termination.
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion list applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

sy888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the sy888 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the sy888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. sy888 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sy888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and bonuses without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sy888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sy888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify sy888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

sy888 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and applicable Philippine law. You agree to provide any documentation requested by sy888 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

sy888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. sy888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. sy888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in your account dashboard. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval. sy888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the sy888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

sy888 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as determined by sy888 at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• sy888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sy888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your sy888 account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the sy888 Platform — including but not limited to the sy888 brand name, logo, trademarks, game content, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of sy888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sy888 Platform without the prior written consent of sy888. Any unauthorized use of sy888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sy888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if sy888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sy888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sy888 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond sy888's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sy888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9. Responsible Gaming

sy888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your sy888 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) if you need a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the sy888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

sy888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination by sy888 that continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, sy888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your sy888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact sy888 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. sy888 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
